Ed Giacomelli has 20 years of investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets experience, particularly in the telecom, media and financial services industries. Prior to joining Crosbie, he was Managing Director and Head of the Toronto office of N M Rothschild & Sons, an affiliate of the global Rothschild investment banking and financial advisory firm, where he led numerous cross-border and domestic transactions. Before joining Rothschild, he was Managing Director, Investment Banking at CIBC Wood Gundy Securities as well as Bank of Nova Scotia and a predecessor of HSBC. Ed is also a past director of WIC Western International Communications and several private companies. He has an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he subsequently completed his MBA.
