Acted as financial advisor in relation to the merger exchange ratio for this TSX-listed manufacturer of high-technology printed circuit boards and for Firan Technology Group, a subsidiary of Glendale International Inc. In connection with the merger, also provided a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Circuit World.
