Jutan International Limited, a private company branded as "Citizen Electronics", was recently acquired by FOS Inc., an affiliate of Jonic International Inc., a strategic business focusing on consumer products distribution.
Although ultimately sold to a Canadian buyer, Crosbie's target buyer list included financial and strategic buyers in 11 countries. The search process generated particular interest from international strategic groups.
As exclusive financial advisor to the two shareholders of Jutan, Crosbie initiated the transaction, managed the entire sale process, played an active role in negotiations and provided advice through completion of the transaction.
