Sharla Sigmund, CA, CPA has nine years of corporate finance and transaction advisory experience in a broad range of industries. Sharla began her career with Price Waterhouse in Vancouver, where she completed her CA designation, and subsequently her CPA designation. Prior to joining Crosbie in 2001, she was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ M&A transaction advisory group in New York and Toronto. Sharla has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and is a student of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators working towards her CBV designation.
